This warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us at atomstudios.com. If you purchased your product from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for any warranty-related claims.
We take great care to craft quality products which stand the test of time. Attention to design, materials and longevity are our priorities and we hope that you are happy with your purchases. 
All atom studios products are covered by a 2 year warranty which covers defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase, under normal use and subject to conditions as detailed in this warranty statement. Please keep a copy of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions. Please check the quality of the items when they arrive and contact us support@atomstudios.com immediately if you have any concerns.
For any warranty claims, you will need to include your order number and high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect. If your product was gifted to you, please note that you will need the original order number so that we can process your request.
If the problem cannot be resolved, we will send you a suitable replacement of the same model and style if possible, or store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the warranty to products without proof of purchase.
In order for us to learn more about the fault and improve future product development, you may be asked to send the faulty product back to atom studios at no cost to you.
Promotional items (those sent to you for the purpose of carrying out reviews, videos, etc.)  or gifts with purchase are not covered by this warranty.
Atom studios warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). Atom studios does not warrant and is not responsible for any other product or device made by anyone other than atom studios.
If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any atom studios product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option either replace the atom studios product with a suitable new atom studios product or if we are unable to provide the exact style, colour, or product that your warranty claim is relating to we may offer store credit in the amount paid for the original item. The store credit will be valid for any product found at www.atomstudios.com)
For the avoidance of doubt, the 2 year warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear or failure to follow the product instructions. The warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices and headphones) or personal property inside or outside of the atom studios product.

Returns due to change of mind:
If you have had a change of mind and want to return your order, provided that the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, then the item can be returned if the Returns Form on our Returns Page is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. 
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed – if this is the case we will notify you and advise of the reason why we cannot restock it and you will be given the option of either instructing us to safely dispose of the product or instructing us to return the product to you at your shipping cost.
The Returns Form must be submitted before any item is shipped back to atom studios.
The claim must be raised (by submitting the Returns Form) within 14 days of the product being delivered to you, you then have further 14 days to ship it back to us. Please note that refunds are for product only and not delivery charges. When shipping your items back to us, a tracked mailing service should be used as well as one that offers compensation for loss of or damage to your parcel. If the package doesn’t reach us, we won’t be able to process your return, so it’s important that you make sure it stays safe in transit. Please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products.
Only items purchased directly from atomstudios.com can be processed for a return. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly.
Please note that proof of purchase is required; without an order number or order confirmation email we will be unable to process your return.
 Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.).
Please allow up to 21 days for your return to be fully processed and a refund / credit to be issued.

Shipping Costs are dependent on the total spend of your purchase.
Over £45 spend:
• Free 48hr Tracked delivery
• £4.50 next working day (order before 1pm)
Under £45 spend:
• 2-3 business days Tracked delivery £3.95
• £7.95 next working day (order before 1pm)

When ordering from our website, you will be offered our delivery service options once you reach the ‘Place Order’ section of the checkout process. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure orders are sent to the delivery address that you have specified. atom studios cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please make sure the shipping information is completed accurately and fully to prevent any delivery delays.
If an item is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information specified by you during the checkout process, we will notify you that your order has been returned to us. Please note you will be liable for the subsequent delivery costs.
Your order will be shipped when all items on the order are ready. In certain cases, we may offer to split the order and send partial shipments. You will only be liable to pay for the shipping cost once, once (if applicable), and atom studios will pay for the delivery charge of the remainder of the split order.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is not guaranteed. atom studios will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure your items are delivered within the estimated delivery time, but due to events beyond our direct control we offer no guarantee regarding delivery times and are not liable for any delay in delivery. Please contact us at (support@atomstudios.com link) if you believe your order is unduly delayed and we will try to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Where do we ship to?
Mainland UK, Guernsey, Isle of White, Jersey? Extra charges may be applicable at checkout.

Where do we not ship to?
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to freight forwarding addresses or P.O Boxes.

International Shipping?
We do not ship internationally right now, but this will be coming soon.

When will the order be shipped?
Typically, orders are processed and shipped within the same business day.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be processed the following business day.

Tracking your shipment
If you have chosen a tracked shipping service, your will receive an email containing your tracking number when the order has been shipped. There will be a link in that email to track your package, please note it may take several hours for the logistics company to update the tracking information.
If you are a registered member you can also find your shipping information by logging into your account and viewing your past orders.
If you have issues with shipping info, please contact our customer service team support@atomstudios.com we are happy to help but please note we do not always have more information.
Lost Package
atom studios are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit when shipped from you to us during the returns process.

Acceptance of orders:
When an order has been placed on our website, a confirmation email is sent from the email address Noreply@atomstudios.com with the subject “Your atom studios order confirmation’.
This email is your order acknowledgement and contains the order number, details of the product(s) ordered, details of the delivery service chosen, the payment method and the billing and shipping address(es).
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract of sale between atom studios and you and a contract for delivery services between us and you, will only take place after the order has been submitted and full payment has been received by atom studios.
If you have not received this confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your junk main and if still not found contact us at support@atomstudios.com
We maintain the right to amend the order post confirmation if factors outside of our control make us unable to fulfil this, such as an error in the price or description of the product or your attempted transaction has been flagged as high-risk for fraud by the payment provider. We will let you know in writing, or will issue a refund where applicable, and will not charge you for the product ordered.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday UK time. Orders placed after 1pm on a Saturday will be processed the following business day.
When pre-ordering a product we will allocate the product to you, process the payment, and subsequently notify you approximately 3 days before we ship it to you.
Please note that the shipping date is estimated, and we will endeavour to ship no later than this. If the delivery date changes, we will notify you. If you wish to cancel your pre-order please see order cancellations below.
Order cancellations:
With the exception of Pre-Orders, please be aware that our order processing is automated in order to deliver the product as quickly and efficiently to you as possible, as a result once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or amended. If you wish to change your order after it has been placed on our website, it will be subject to our Returns policy.
In the case of Pre-Orders, If you wish to cancel your pre-order you may do so any time before you have been notified that the product is shipping. You can cancel your order by emailing with the following information:

All prices on the Website are stated in either GBP for the deliveries within the UK or EUR for deliveries within the EU. Shipping terms are associated with your chosen country of delivery and include any applicable VAT.
Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the pricing on our site is correct, however if the price of our product or delivery service is incorrect, at its discretion atom studios may contact you and ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
We will not be obliged to supply products or delivery services to you at an incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders placed based on information that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding, shipping, pricing, payment terms, or the returns policy.
We may change the prices of our products or delivery services listed on our website at any time without notice.
Please note that multiple discount codes cannot be combined for a single purchase. To redeem a discount, simply enter the code in the relevant field at checkout. It will calculate the discount or promotion automatically. Please note that we cannot retrospectively apply discount codes to orders once placed.

You must pay for your product(s) in full during the checkout process before we dispatch them.
The individual cost of the products ordered and shipping service chosen will be itemised in the order confirmation email sent to you following an order being placed.
All available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. We use a secure payment method. Consequently, we cannot be held liable for any fraudulent or improper use of your means of payment, over which we have no control.
Your card will be debited on successful completion of these checks. At this point we will proceed to process your order.
When paying via PayPal, your order will not ship until money is cleared under the account. For PayPal e-checks, it may take 5-7 working days for this to be processed.
Please note that we only accept payment in either GBP or EUR as defined by your chosen delivery country. If your credit/debit card or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on the Website, the final price may be charged in the alternative currency of your card or account. The final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider. Please note atom studios are not responsible for any cost, expense, charge or other liability incurred or suffered by you as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a currency other than the currency set out on the Website. Please check with your card issuer or bank or payment method provider for more information on such charges.
You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us in respect thereof including, without limitation, name and address details are complete, correct and accurate. You further confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method is valid and the inputted payment details correct.
All credit/debit cardholders and any payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or payment method provider. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal for security reasons.
We are not responsible for any additional charges or other amounts applied by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment or other method of payment in accordance with your order.

Our Products:
The images and the packaging of the Products on website and/or advertising materials are for representative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display the colours accurately, Products (including their packaging) that you purchase may vary slightly from those images.

This website and subsequently it’s products contain graphic, visual and textual elements and illustrations (the "Intellectual Property Rights"), all protected by copyrights, rights on the image, rights on models or trademark rights, the holders or owners of which are atom studios or associated third parties.
Any reproduction, copy, imitation, publication, communication, marketing or use for commercial purposes of one or more of the Intellectual Property Rights and on any medium whatsoever, whether partially or fully, cannot be carried out without the prior and written authorization of the rights holders.

Amendments to these terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. You, and any contract between us will be subject to the version of these Terms in force at the time you order Products and the delivery services in question from us. Any updates to these Terms will be date stamped for your reference.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and all transactions relating to Website are governed by English law and you, and we, hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
