When pre-ordering a product we will allocate the product to you, process the payment, and subsequently notify you approximately 3 days before we ship it to you.

returns and exchanges
When you’re shipping your items back to us, it is best to choose a mailing service which gives you the option to track the package, as well as one that offers you compensation for loss of or damage to your parcel. If the package doesn’t reach us, we won’t be able to process your return, so it’s important that you make sure it stays safe in transit. Please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products. Before sending anything back to us it’s important to contact us first by filling out the Returns Form.
If you have had a change of mind and want to return your order, provided that the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, then the item can be returned if the Returns Form is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Only items purchased directly from atomstudios.com can be processed for a return. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly.

The split wood fibre cases feature a combination of recycled wood with PLA and PBAT which are both naturally occurring substances derived from corn starch. This provides a resilient finish and a satisfying tactility.
All of our iPhone 13 range phone cases feature built-in magnets for effortless MagSafe connection and alignment. The magnets we selected are 50% thicker than standard magnets used in many other phone cases which provides a secure connection and seamless positioning with your MagSafe accessories.
Our iPhone 12 range cases do not feature built-in magnets, however the slim design allows for alignment with your MagSafe charger. The strength of the magnetic connection is moderate, which means the charger will find it’s connection point and automatically start charging, but please note the MagSafe will not stay securely attached when picking up your phone.

Simply push the connector head onto the end of the cable until it clicks into place. The interchangeable adaptor heads are easily removed by firmly holding the connector head and gently pulling the cable.
The unique design of our flat cables means they are much less likely to tangle and knot. By using a mass cable weight your cable will stay tangle free and in place.
Our Flat C-Lightning cables are Made For iPhone and fully certified.

As soon as Atom Studios have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due – you'll
receive a push notification from the Klarna app or email reminders to pay – and, if very late, we’ll also send you a text or letter, too. You
will not be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 30 days’ product even if you have failed to pay on time. If you fail to pay on time, you will be in default, and may be unable to use Klarna’s services in the future. If you pay by card, Atom Studios will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later in 30 days, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in to the Klarna app or www.klarna.com/uk.
Once Atom Studios has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please call Atom Studios to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.
